Due to the nature of digital content, all eBooks and downloadable resources are final sale and non-refundable.

Printed Books

Printed books are non-refundable.

If your printed book arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin a claim.

We understand how frustrating that can be—so please let us know if there are any additional issues during the process that we can assist with.

Returns for Other Products

All other physical merchandise (excluding books) may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that items are:

  •  In original condition
  •  In original packaging
